Laying near to the beach the palm-trees house has an unique fascinated view. It is led by Gregoris and Giota and their daughter Fedra. Fedra speaks the languages: Greek, German, English and Serbian. On the 2 floors are 14 apartments with a great sea look. Enough parking spaces are available for your car or the rented car in the shade. The building is at a peaceful area without a lot of traffic and the children can play free with out danger. The owner regularly organizes grill evenings so the guests can get to know each other. The Palm-trees house is in a quiet road between other small unities. It is suitable for families with children. A vegetable garden is managed by the owner and the guests get often presents of tomatoes and cucumbers. The house lies approx. 5 walking minutes from the local centre and a path leads you to the beach. At Psakoudia you will find baker, butcher, International press and all your shopping needs will be covered. There are coffeehouses, beach bars and many Greek taverns with fresh fish. Palm-trees house is close enough in the events but far enough to be able to sleep in rest. Our beach and especially the water quality were honoured also this year with the blue flag. Our office "Holidays and more" is only approx. 350 m. away and we are available with all our offers to help you.
Facilities
There are 2 categories:
The first category is approx. 20 square meters and has a double bed or two single beds. When required an extra bed can be placed. The rooms are air - conditioned, bright and clean. All the apartments have a balcony with sea - look. Chairs and table exist. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and a fridge. The second category is similar furnished but bigger.
